Founded by dancer and theatre-maker, Kavya Ganesh, KGC was created with a driving vision: What if Indian classical dance stepped beyond traditional spaces, inviting more of us to witness its magic? What if it could leave the margins and take centre stage in our global cultural imagination?

At KGC, Bharatanatyam is crafted in the present tense. It is not approached as a relic, but as a living, thinking, feeling language - one capable of evolving and carrying relevant, accessible yet complex stories.
